<li>3/4 cup wheat germ</li>

<p>One of the first things you will need to do in order to make this recipe shine is to place all ingredients in a good air-tight</p>
<p>container until it is ready to serve up. THis can store well for several weeks.</p>
<p>If you decide you would like to make 2 servings of muesli, you can combine 1 vup of the mixture above with 2 bups of milk in a</p>
<p>microwave-safe bowl. Then cover and microwave for 5 minutes on high. Allow cereal to cool for 3 or 4 minutes and then serve warm.</p>

<p>If you like apples and you want to add that fresh crisp taste that only an apple can provide, this is a good place to start with a warm boal of cereal.</p>
<p><strong>#2 Add Cinnamon</strong></p>
<p>Cinnamon gives your hot bowl of oatmeal that added spice that makes eating breakfast fun and tasty as well.</p>
<p><strong>#3 Add Raisins</strong></p>
<p>Raisins are one of the best tasting, and healthiest ways of adding sugar to your hot cereal. Combine this with cinnamon, and apples and you have winning combination.</p>

<p>P.S If you add brown sugar and a little bit of butter and milk can take your usually dull oatmeal and make it taste much butter. Just use a little bit of butter and a few teaspoons of milk and a teaspoon of brown sugar to see exactly what we mean.</p>

<p>1/3 Cup apple cider</p>
<p>4 1/2 tablespoons fat-free butterscotch or caramel ice cream topping, divided</p>
<p>3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour</p>
<p>1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon</p>
<p>1 1/4 Cups low-fat granola with raisins</p>
<p>2 Tablespoons margarine or butter, melted</p>
<p>1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.</p>
<p>2. Combine apples, cider, 3 tablespoons butterscotch topping, flour and cinnamon in large bowl. Place in</p>

<p>Even on television exercise machines, weight loss products, and other paraphernalia to improve fitness have more or less gained control over the airwaves and made their way into the households. But exerise is not the only way to build that body beautiful. It also entails certain amount of responsibility on the foods one chooses to eat. Being healthy and fit requires one to observe diet fitness.</p>
<p>Diet fitness is as essential as exercise itself. Diet for fitness provides the essential nutrition one needs to restore worn-out muscles and for healthy growth. Diet fitness should never be taken for granted. With the popularity of keeping fit, many different views, methods, programs and dieting strategies have been formulated by many professionals. Among these are high carb diets and high fat diets. Whih one is more effective and which one should one choose to follow?</p>
<p>First thing to know would be the fundamental differences between these two diet approaches. As the name implies, high carb diets concentrates on taking in carbohydrate-rich foods while high fat diets endorses fat-rich foods. High carb diets are utilized to glycogen stored in the liver and muscles. Glycogen is a glucose complex that provides large amounts of energy ready for use in anaerobic exercises.</p>
<p>Fats, on the other hand, is well-nown for being the richest source of calories. It actually contains 2.5 times more calories than carbohydrates and proteins alike. Studies also show that it takes the body 24 calories to metabolize carbohydrates while it only takes 3 to burn down fat. So which one to follow? A person can follow a high carb and low fat fitness diet or the other way around. It is absolutely not recommended to follow both at the same time; unless of course if you want to gain body fat.</p>
<p>But then diet fitness is not all about losing fat, one must also consider his diet in order to keep fat away. Research shows that sustainable loss of weight can only be achieved on a diet which suits the individual food preferences, lifestyle, medical profile and satiety signals.</p>
<p>Diet programs all over can help you shed off excess pounds, but only one diet can help you stay sexy, and it is the one that satisfies you most. Other important aspects of having a fit diet are moderation, balance and variation. <p>Breakfast is often times a victim of the morning<br />
time crunch.  Even though you may be tempted to<br />
skip breakfast, you can simplify your morning<br />
routine by following these 8 tips:</p>
<p>	1.  Finish homework and pack school bags<br />
at night.<br />
	2.  Decide on what your children will<br />
wear to school before you go to bed and locate<br />
lost shoes for the following day.<br />
	3.  In the morning, get up 15 minutes<br />
earlier.<br />
	4.  Give up computer games and morning<br />
television.<br />
	5.  Have healthy foods on hand.  You<br />
should also shop for breakfast foods with your kids<br />
and take into account their personal preferences.<br />
	6.  Set the cereal out the night before.<br />
For younger children, fill a zippered plastic bag<br />
with her portion, then add the milk in the<br />
morning.<br />
	7.  Allow your children to use the<br />
microwave often, as most breakfast foods can be<br />
prepared in under 5 minutes.<br />
	8.  Allow your kids to eat in the car or<br />
on the way to school.</p>
<p>There are several foods that you can eat for<br />
breakfast, even leftovers from supper if they<br />
are sufficient.  You can eat bagels, pizza with<br />
fruit juice, pretzels, or the normal bacon and<br />
eggs that breakfast is known for.  Most foods are<br />
a snap to prepare, and won&#8217;t take you but a<br />
few minutes.</p>
<p>The next time you are in a hurry in the morning,<br />
remember that you are probably about to skip the<br />
most important meal of the day. If you follow the<br />
tips above, you&#8217;ll find that you have plenty of<br />
time for breakfast.</p>

This cereal has a nice taste to it and also has a sugary raisin flavor to it that can be beneficial for those who like sweet cereal but also want some healthy bran flakes that ago with it.</p>
<p>There is also a crunchy taste to this particular brand of cereal and this is made possible with chopped peanuts that tastes great when you add everything together.</p>
